At HRPM we can provide all your people compliance support. Our package includes a policy and procedure toolkit, people compliance audit and HR healthcheck (twice yearly). You will be provided with action planning documents to support compliance.
Emergency Responder
At HRPM we understand that there will be times of uncertainty, that challenging problem or people issue!. Business is complex and we appreciate that commercial decisions sometimes need to be taken. Our package includes a telephone line/email support ensuring you have that important sounding board and sound advice based on a traffic light risk assessment, we understand it is your business and you make the decisions.
Day rate applies for any onsite support.

Talent & Culture
At HRPM we know how important it is to recruit, hire and retain your people. We will work with you to ensure your Vision creates a living reality, your people feel valued therefore building a reward & recognition culture. We will work with you on maximising your people's contribution and engagement and support your team in retaining/hiring your talent pipeline. HR people management modules to empower your managers in managing their teams are available (Training Workshops Materials are provided at no additional cost). Our package includes formulating an employee lifecycle, providing supporting documents and driving a performance culture.

We will explore your company vision and goals, working with you to provide a people action plan. Our package includes a twice yearly review and we will support you through any business transition that is necessary.
